Arrests

-- DEPRONCE A. BURNETT, 27, of 1658 Porter Ave., Beloit, at 3:45 p.m. Saturday at 2000 Kellogg Ave., Janesville, on charges of possession with intent to deliver marijuana, maintaining a drug trafficking place and manufacture/delivery of marijuana. Police report confiscating 2.5 ounces of suspected marijuana, and a digital scale.


Accidents

-- MILTON AVENUE AT ARLINGTON COURT, JANESVILLE, at 4:03 p.m. Wednesday. A vehicle driven by Toussaint D. Harris, 35, of 1119 Laurel Ave., Janesville, was southbound when Harris struck a vehicle driven by Heather A. Shockley, 42, Willowick, Ohio, who was attempting to pull out of an alley. Shockley was cited for failure to yield right-of-way. Harris was cited for operating while suspended. Two passengers in Harrisí vehicle, Nikia M. Vogels, 23, and Aurora LC Harris, seven weeks, same addresses, were transported to Mercy Hospital and Trauma Center, Janesville. Vogels was treated and released. A condition was not available for the infant.


-- MILTON AVENUE AT MT. ZION AVENUE, JANESVILLE, at 4:09 p.m. Wednesday. A vehicle driven by Brittany M. Capelle, 22, of 2328 Green Valley Drive, Janesville, was southbound on Milton Avenue when she allegedly ran a red light and struck a westbound vehicle driven by Sally L. Roush, 71, of 1511 Lowell St., Janesville, in the intersection. Both vehicles collided with a vehicle driven by Lyanne M. Blume, 28, Rockford, Ill., who was attempting to turn north onto Milton Avenue. Capelle was cited for failure to follow traffic signal. Roush and Blume were treated and released at Mercy Hospital and Trauma Center, Janesville.

Intoxicated driving arrests

-- CARL E. IHM, 59, Brooklyn, at 11:55 a.m. Wednesday on Highway 92 south of Schafer Road after Ihmís vehicle allegedly almost collided with a squad car that was parked with its emergency lights activated. The officers had been dealing with a traffic crash at the scene. Ihm also cited for failure to move over for stopped emergency vehicle.
