Fall River pulls away from Williams Bay

Fall River High School pulled away from a 6-all tie to defeat visiting Williams Bay, 36-6, in a Trailways Small Conference football game Friday night.

Jerid Bausher caught a 65-yard pass from Jake Sutter late in the first quarter to pull the Bulldogs into a tie. Bausher caught two passes for 86 yards.

The Pirates responded with a 29-yard scoring run to put the Pirates ahead for good. Marks finished with 10 carries for 107 yards as Fall River went to 1-1 in the conference and

2-2 overall.

Williams Bay (0-2, 0-4) finished with 122 yards passing.
