— It’s “Couch Potato” Triathlon time again for followers of the Orfordville Orioles.

The Home Talent League baseball team has scheduled its annual fundraiser for 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 24, at three locations in Janesville.

Check-in time is 10 a.m. at St. Paul’s Lutheran School. Competition for two-player teams will include basketball shooting (15 free throws, 15 three-pointers per player) at St. Paul’s, 10:15 a.m.; 18-hole golf scramble at Riverside, 1:15 p.m.; and three games of bowling per player at RiversEdge, 7 p.m.

A dinner at RiversEdge will follow the bowling. The event also includes a 50/50 raffle, silent auction and door prizes.

The entry fee is $85 per person for two-player teams. The triathlon committee will pair up participants who sign up individually.

For more information and to obtain an entry form, contact Orioles general manager Jeff Adas at (608) 314-4998. Checks should be made out to the Orfordville Orioles and sent to Adas at 2458 S. Madison Rd., Beloit, WI 53511.
