Bay comes up short; Lakeside rolls to victory

Josh Hills rushed for 81 yards and a touchdown, but Williams Bay failed to capitalize on several possession inside the Hustisford 5 and fell to the Falcons, 28-12, in a Trailways Small Conference football game Friday night.


Hills gave the Bullodogs a 6-0 first-quarter lead with a 3-yard scoring run. Hustisford’s Brent Jaster then returned the ensuing kickoff 90 yards to tie the game.


Hills also had a 21-yard touchdown run in the second quarter, to pull Williams Bay (0-3) to within 22-12. Hills had 81 yards on 16 carries.
