-- JYLON R. TURNER, 18, of 1421 Canyon Drive, No. 9, Janesville, on Oct. 13 at the Rock County Jail, 200 Highway 14 East, Janesville, on a charge of forgery.


Intoxicated driving arrests

-- CRAIG J. MALIK, 25, of 2816 Black Bridge Road, Janesville, at 6:05 p.m. Oct. 14 at Highway 140 and Avalon Road in Bradford Township. The arrest was listed as Malikís second on an intoxicated driving offense.


Accidents

-- COUNTY H AND GROVE SCHOOL ROAD, in Newark Township. Antoye M. Ryan, 70, of 7348 S. Pinnow Grove Road, Beloit, at 3:14 p.m. Tuesday was stopped at a stop sign eastbound on Grove School Road. She pulled out in front of a straight truck driven by Germain R. Kaderli Jr., 52, of 602 16th St., Brodhead. The truck struck Ryanís vehicle. Ryan was transported to Beloit Memorial Hospital, Beloit, where she was treated and released. She was cited for failure to yield.


-- HIGHWAY 51, Janesville, at 9:17 p.m. Thursday. Doreen M. Cole, 72, of 504 California Court No. 58, Janesville, was traveling north on Highway 51 when she didnít wait for traffic to clear before making a U-turn, causing a 1995 Honda Accord, driven by Luke Hynes, 29, of 1708 Mineral Point Ave., Janesville, to collide with her 2002 Oldsmobile Alero. Cole was cited for a U-turn violation.


Reported

-- SUSPICIOUS PERSON reported at 2:56 p.m. Sept. 24 at the Pac Sun store in the Janesville Mall, 2500 Milton Ave., Janesville. A man entered a changing room and stripped naked, according to the female store manager, who witnessed the act. She told police this same man had been coming to the store every Saturday for the past two months and doing the same thing. Both the store manager and mall security were told to call police immediately if the man returned to the store.


-- DAMAGE TO PROPERTY reported at 7 p.m. Sept. 24 in the 700 block of Sutherland Ave., Janesville. An unidentified subject cut the cab cover of a 1974 Jeep between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m.
