Jets are NAHL's only undefeated team

— The Janesville Jets scored twice in the third period Friday to defeat the Chicago Hitmen, 2-1, in North American Hockey League action.

The Jets improved to 7-0 and are the only undefeated team in the NAHL.

Connor McBride scored at 3:33 of the third period to tie the match, 1-1. Adam Frank scored the winning goal at 11:36 with assists from Janesville Craig High sophomore Garrett Cecere and Craig senior Conor Lemirande.

The Jets’ Tony Kujava, the NAHL goaltender of the month, made 31 saves.
