-- COUNTY M AND HIGHWAY 213 in Magnolia Township. Alicia S. Potter, 20, of 90 Countryside Drive, Evansville, was driving south on County M at 12:17 a.m. Thursday. She failed to stop at the sign on County M and crashed into the ditch on the south side of Highway 213. A passenger, Anissa L. Larson, 20, of 1316 S. Grant Ave., Janesville, was transported and treated and released from Mercy Hospital and Trauma Center, Janesville . Potter was cited for failure to stop and failure to carry proof of insurance. Larson was cited for not wearing a seatbelt.

-- JOHNSON ROAD AND LOWRY ROAD in Plymouth Township. At 9:34 a.m. Nov. 7, Allan L. Crocker, 56, of 7201 N. Territorial Road, Evansville, was driving a truck south on Johnson Road when the truck drifted onto the right shoulder. The truck skidded through the ditch, struck an embankment and came to rest on its side. Crocker was treated and released from Mercy Hospital and Trauma Center, Janesville. He was cited for inattentive driving.

-- HIGHWAY 59 AND COUNTY LINE ROAD in Lima Township. At 5:08 p.m. Nov. 22, Richard E. Parsons, 68, of 440 S. Pleasant St., Whitewater, was stopped on eastbound Highway 59 waiting to turn north onto County Line Road. A car driven by James R. Lanser, 24, of 1024 W. Starin Road, Whitewater, rear-ended Parsons’ car. A passenger in Parsons’ car, Ashley T. Parsons, 14, same address, was transported to a local hospital, but her condition is not available because she is a minor. Lanser was cited for following too close.

-- COUNTY G AND HIGHWAY 11 in Rock Township. At 12:40 p.m. Nov. 22. Christina G. Cruz, 29, of 2118 Ruger Ave., Janesville, was driving west on Highway 11 and turning south onto County G. She crossed in front of an eastbound car driven by Larry L. Lathrop, 64, of 6827 Laurel Cherry Drive, Rockford, Ill. The cars collided. Cruz was transported to Beloit Memorial Hospital, Beloit, where she was treated and released. She was cited for failure to yield.
