EDGERTON Tony C. Ace, 48, of Oregon was arrested at 12:26 a.m. Saturday on a charge of fourth-offense intoxicated driving, according to a Rock County Sheriff’s Office news release.
A deputy following Ace’s motorcycle said Ace was having difficulty on East Fulton Street in Edgerton, almost laying the bike down twice, according to the news release.
Ace allegedly failed a field sobriety test and refused to complete other tests. He was taken to the Rock County Jail.
Ace also was arrested for a probation violation and was cited for operating after revocation and driving without insurance. He is scheduled for an initial appearance Monday in Rock County Court.
