— Kevi Luper spoiled the regular-season home debut for University of Wisconsin women’s basketball coach Bobbie Kelsey.

Luper scored 34 points to lead Oral Roberts University to an 80-63 nonconference win over Wisconsin in front of 4,197 at the Kohl Center.

Taylor Wurtz had 15 points to lead Wisconsin (1-1), while Delavan-Darien graduate and Concordia (Minn.) transfer Kelly Supernaw added nine off the bench.

“Obviously, we aren’t happy with the outcome of the game, especially our ball security,” Kelsey said of her team’s 31 turnovers. “We didn’t have any.”
