-- MICHAEL D. TRACY SR., 47, 1215 Ravine St., No. 1, Janesville, at 5:17 p.m. Monday at home on a charge of felony receiving stolen property of aluminum irrigation pipes and irrigation sprinkler heads.

-- MICHAEL J. RUUD JR., 19, 4544 N. Highway Y, Milton, at 6:40 p.m. Monday in the parking lot of a business in the 1800 block of West Court Street, Janesville, on charges of possession of marijuana with intent to deliver near certain places, maintaining a drug trafficking vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia and felony bail jumping.

Intoxicated driving arrests

-- HIGHWAY 140 SOUTH OF HUBER ROAD, BRADFORD TOWNSHIP, at 2:30 a.m. Friday. A vehicle driven by Ryan M. McVay, 23, of 709 Jackson St., Janesville, was southbound when he lost control on a curve, went off the east side of the road, slid sideways and hit a utility pole. McVay was treated and released at Mercy Hospital and Trauma Center and arrested on charges of operating while intoxicated and failure to keep vehicle under control.


-- BURGLARY to a home on West Hanover-Orfordville Road, Plymouth Township, reported Thursday. Plumbing and electrical fixtures were reported stolen.

-- TAMMY L. JOHNSON, 29, of 825 Arlington Court, Janesville, misdemeanor obstructing an officer, $316.

-- KENNETH D. MILLER, 21, of 939 Benton Ave., Janesville, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, 30 days in jail with Huber with credit.

-- KIRSTEN A. LUECKFELD, 31, of 1200 Hamilton Ave., Janesville, misdemeanor possession of cocaine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, 60 days in jail with Huber.

-- PHILIP T. FRANCIS, 47, of 727 Rockport Road, Janesville, misdemeanor capturing an image of nudity, dismissed. Charge of capturing an image of nudity dismissed but read into court records.

-- JOSEPH A. FARIS, 20, of 512 Center Ave., Janesville, misdemeanor disorderly conduct, $668.

-- JONATHAN M. TURNMIRE, 20, of 503 S. Academy St., Janesville, felony bail jumping, two years probation. Charge of second-degree sexual assault of a child dismissed.

-- GERALD E. SCHNUCK II, 33, of 1625 Randolph Road, Unit 7, felony operating while intoxicated fifth offense, four years probation.

-- MANDA J. SKOIEN, 32, of 1549 S. Willard Ave., misdemeanor theft of movable property and misdemeanor intentionally contributing to delinquency of a child, one year probation.
