Smith, 76, of N3201 Crazy Horse Lane, No. 7, Brodhead, collided in the intersection. Smith’s passenger, Dianne S. Brueckner, 65, of N3201 Crazy Horse Lane, No. 7, Brodhead, was treated and released from Mercy Hospital and Trauma Center.
