Rock County's UW-Extension Crops and Soils Agent Jim Stute says this spring shows a stark contrast to last year.
Farmers are just getting into the fields this week, and hope to avoid any further bad weather delays. Stute says, last year, the warm and dry weather helped planting be completed extremely early.
