The death of Osama Bin Laden has particular significance for a Janesville firefighter.

On one hand, Matt Patridge, feels a kinship to the firefighters of New York, who survived the terrorist attack on the World Trade Center. He says many Janesville firefighters remain friends with firefighters from New York. On the other hand, he's a former Special Forces Green Beret and National Guardsman who served in Afghanistan.

Patridge tells WCLO's Dan Conry Show Bin Laden's death validates all the hard work and training being done in the "War on Terror".
