Police seek missing 15-year-old girl
JANESVILLE — A 15-year-old Janesville girl has been missing since March 22, according to a Chicago Police Department news alert issued Monday.
Jade Howell left her grandmother's house in the 1300 block of West Columbia, Chicago, according to police documents. She lives in Janesville but previously lived in Chicago, the documents state.
Howell is Hispanic and has black hair and brown eyes. She is 4-feet, 11-inches tall and weighs 92 pounds. She was last seen wearing a black hoodie with a blue design, light blue jeans and blue gym shoes. She has a scar on her left forearm, the documents state.
