Governor Scott Walker uses a stop at Stoughton Trailers in Evansville to promote his "Wisconsin is Open for Business" theme.

The Governor announced $750,000 in a forgivable loan to help the company expand with the expectation of creating 478 jobs. The Governor says job creation is his administration's number one priority.

Stoughton Trailers' President Bob Wahlin says the Evansville facility will be producing chasis and containers previously made in China. Walker says the state dollars are doing more than bringing jobs to Wisconsin, they are bringing jobs back to the United States.

Wahlin expects to have 1100 employees on the payroll by the end of the year, at the company's plants in Evansville, Brodhead, and Stoughton.
