-- JASON W. BROWN, 28, 127 Elmo St., South Beloit, Ill., on Monday at the Rock County Jail, Janesville, on four counts of manufacturing/delivering heroin. He allegedly made drug transactions with undercover officers from the Winnebago (Ill.) County Drug Task Force at four separate locations in Beloit on Feb. 4, Feb. 14, Feb. 16, and Feb. 18.
-- BURGLARY reported at 8:06 a.m. Sunday in the 500 block of North Walnut Street, Janesville. The home was burglarized sometime between Friday and Saturday night.
-- THEFT reported at 9:23 a.m. Monday at Addie Water Systems, 1604 Plainfield Ave., Janesville. Reported stolen were $300 in scrap metal and $150 in gasoline.
-- BURGLARY reported at 8:10 p.m. March 8 to a shed and garage in the 2500 block of South River Road, Janesville. Reported stolen were pool chemicals, several power tools and a "creepy crawler" pool cleaner.
-- THEFT reported at 12:14 p.m. Feb. 28 to a storage unit at the 2900 block of East McCormick Drive, Janesville. An owner reported various items stolen.
Intoxicated driving arrests
-- ADAN NAVA, 32, 1314 Central Ave., Beloit, at 5:24 p.m. Saturday at West Hanover Road just west of South Hayner Road, town of Rock, after a resident reported a pickup truck stuck in a field. Nava was also cited for not having a valid driver's license.
-- MARTIN G. HERNANDEZ, 21, 720 17th St., Lot 11, Monroe, at 3:19 a.m. Sunday at Highway 81 just east of County K, town of Newark. Hernandez was also cited for not having a valid driver's license.
-- CODY J. PIERSON, 24, 7501 W. Lakeshore Drive, Whitewater, at 2:14 a.m. Saturday at East Highway 59 just west of Vincent Road, town of Milton. Pierson was also cited for speeding.
-- TROY L. KERSTEN, 35, 8830 W. Stuart Road, Orfordville, at 11:30 p.m. Saturday at West Highway 14 just west of Cassidy Road, town of Porter. It was reportedly his second offense. Kersten was also cited for operating left of centerline.
-- RICHARD C. HOLTZ, 45, 217 Golden Lane, Milton, at 7:14 p.m. Saturday at East Madison Avenue and Parkview Drive, Milton. It was reportedly his second offense. Holtz was also cited for open container in vehicle.

-- LINDA S. RUNYAN, 52, of 237 Madison St., No. 1, Janesville, charge of repeat retail theft dismissed.
-- SAMUEL VARGAS, 26, of 1612 Randolph Road, No. 8, Janesville, misdemeanor domestic battery, misdemeanor domestic criminal damage to property, misdemeanor domestic disorderly conduct, three counts of misdemeanor bail-jumping, nine months in jail with credit.
-- CJ M. HALL, 19, of 1602 N. Pontiac Drive, Janesville, felony manufacturing/delivering marijuana on/near certain places, felony bail-jumping, felony manufacturing/delivering marijuana, one year in prison, three years extended supervision. Additional charges of two counts of felony bail-jumping and one counts of manufacturing/delivering marijuana all dismissed but read into court record.
