Trinity Academy gets past Williams Bay, other scores

Three players combined for 53 points to lead Trinity Academy past visiting Williams Bay, 53-41, in a WIAA Division 5


regional quarterfinal girls basketball game Tuesday night.


The Sentinels (12-3) got all their points from Sydney Dieck (24), Alexandra Noack (18) and Renee Kolbeck (11).


Stephanie Tadje led the Bulldogs (6-17) with 17 points. Josie Bauscher scored 13, and Claire Canda finished with 10.


Trinity plays at top-seeded Burlington Catholic Central (10-13) on Friday night in a regional semifinal that leads to the Watertown Sectional.

-- Lake Country 52, Faith Christian 18—Jamie Schnuck scored 14 points, and Lake Country Lutheran breezed past visiting Williams Bay Faith Christian in a Division 5 regional quarterfinal game.


Brianna Steirer added 10 points as Lake Country Lutheran improved to 14-9 and advanced to regional semifinal Friday against Johnson Creek (10-13) in the Watertown Sectional.

(22-0) on Friday for regional semifinal in the Watertown Sectional.


Becky Nelson scored 12 point to pace Monticello. Sydney Bump scored 10 for Albany.
