Eight games on tap at Janesville Youth Sports Complex

— The Janesville Youth Sports Complex will be baseball central on the Fourth of July.

Eight all-star games, featuring the best players from Babe Ruth and Little League, will be Monday, beginning at 10 a.m.


The 7-year-old and 8-year-old games will be at 10 a.m. on the new diamonds at the Youth Sports Complex, located on Wuthering Hills. The 9-year-old and 11-year-old all-stars also will play at 10 a.m., followed by the 10-year-old and 12-year old all-stars at noon. Diamond 2 will host the 9-year-old and 10-year-old games, while Diamond 1 will host the 11-year-old and 12-year-old games.


The Babe Ruth League will showcase the 13-year-old all-stars at 11 a.m. on Prent Field, while the 14/15-year-old stars also will play at 11 a.m. on McQuade Field.


Admission is free to all games, and concessions will be available.
