According to a news release from the Rock County Sheriff’s Office, Robert Walters, 40, and Karrie Jewel, 45, both of Magnolia Township, were southbound on Knutson Road at 11:22 a.m. Sunday.

Knutson Road is in western Rock County between Evansville and Brodhead.

Freda L. Ginther, 69, was mowing her grass when she went onto Knutson Road to complete a turn. She was unaware of the approaching motorcycle, the release states.

Walters’ 2000 Harley-Davidson Electra Glide struck Ginther’s John Deere lawn tractor, the police report states.

All three were thrown from their vehicles upon impact, the press release states. They were transported to Mercy Hospital and Trauma Center, Janesville, where they were being treated for non-life threatening injuries and were in stable condition Sunday evening.
