-- ELSA M. SMITH, 35, of 520 S. Franklin St., Janesville, at 7:25 p.m. Thursday at home on charges of felony abuse of children, disorderly conduct, resisting or obstructing an officer and emergency detention.


-- VINCENT A. COE, 57, of 1409 Center Ave., No. 7, Janesville, at 9 p.m. Friday at home on charges of burglary, theft and damage to property.


Intoxicated driving arrests

-- MONIQUE ASHLEY SIMS, 23, of 1940 W. Grand Ave., No. 4, Beloit, at 5:07 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of West Centerway and North Jackson streets, Janesville.


-- ANITA L. OSTENSON, 44, of 216 W. Holmes St., Janesville, at 9:58 p.m. Saturday on Afton Road near Sixth Street, Janesville. It was reportedly her sixth offense.


-- JOSHUA P. HARDEN, 26, of 861 Sussex Drive, Janesville, at 11:37 p.m. Friday at 1147 N. Pontiac Drive, Janesville. It reportedly was his second offense.


-- VALLERIE A. SOLER, 40, of 222 Franklin St., Janesville, at 4:27 a.m. Friday on County Highway G. She was also ticketed with obstruction.

-- BURGLARY reported at 3:20 p.m. Thursday in the 400 block of Galena Road, Janesville. Reported stolen were several CDs and a 1988 Chevy Blazer, valued at $1,500.


-- THEFT OF A FIREARM reported at 11:01 a.m. June 14 in the 400 block of Bly Street, Footville. Reported stolen was a .41-caliber handgun.

Intoxicated driving arrests

-- TROY A. MARSHALL, 39, Lake Geneva, at 7:21 a.m. June 13 at Highway 50 and Sky Lane, Lake Geneva. It reportedly was his fourth offense.


-- SHANON D. LUNA, 27, Lake Geneva, at 10:34 p.m. June 13, at Pleasant and Maxwell streets, Lake Geneva. It reportedly was her second offense. She also was charged with knowingly operating while revoked and causing property damage, violation of class D license restrictions, passing in a no passing zone, hit and run with property damage and violation of probation.


-- DEANNA K. SWONGER, 31, Elkhorn, at 12:35 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of George and Madison streets, Lake Geneva.


-- MALLORY RICHTER, 21, Milwaukee, at 2:04 a.m. Friday on South Wisconsin Street, Whitewater.
