Body of missing Janesville man recovered from Minnesota lake

WCLO's / WJVL's Steve Benton reports the body of a likely drowning victim from Janesville is recovered a week after being reported missing.

— The body of 23 year old Ty Sitter of Janesville was recovered around 5:30 pm June 16th from Swan Lake in the Boundary Water Canoe Area of Northeastern Minnesota.

Sitter was reported missing by members of his party the night of June 9th. Sitter reportedly went fishing alone in a canoe and apparently fell into the water.

The body was flown to the University of Minnesota, Duluth campus for an autopsy.
