Janesville firefighter Justin Wiskie says they're getting ready to build the frame that will hold an eight foot, 300 lb section of an I-beam from the World Trade Center. It will be open to the elements and in front of the flag pole in the park.

No taxpayer dollars have been spent on the I-beam or the frame. The unveiling is planned for Sunday September 11th.
