— Badger South champion Fort Atkinson advanced to the WIAA Division 1 Janesville Craig sectional title game by holding off Westosha Central, 4-2, Tuesday.

Fort Atkinson (20-6) plays Wilmot (22-1) in the sectional title game Friday at the Janesville Youth Sports Complex at 1 p.m.


Sophomore Kaitlyn Hollman pitched a complete game to lead the Blackhawks. The sophomore allowed seven hits and walked two.

Wilmot (22-1) plays Fort Atkinson on Friday for the sectional title at the Janesville Youth Sports Complex.


Kristen Wood threw a complete-game three-hitter for Wilmot, striking out 12 and walking none.


Bailie Sheahan homered for the Panthers.
