— Rock County Judge Kenneth Forbeck hands down a 20 year prison sentence Monday in a Thanksgiving Day 2010 shooting in Janesville.

25 year old Samuel Morrow pleaded guilty to first degree reckless injury and first degree recklessly endangering safety, both by use of a dangerous weapon.

During the sentencing, Forbeck said settling disputes with guns "should not be tolerated, and it won't be tolerated."

Injured in the shooting were 21 year old Eileen Chan and 28 year old Robert Bowman. In addition to the prison time, Morrow will also be serving ten years extended supervision when he gets out.
