-- DEVIN L. BESSEL SKILLING, 18, of 518 S. Franklin St, Janesville, at 9:00 p.m. Sunday at South Main Street and East Racine Street on charges of substantial battery with intent to cause bodily harm.


Intoxicated driving arrests

-- BENJAMIN G. RADLOFF, 28, Beloit, Saturday on Highway 11 east of Highway 104, Spring Valley Township. It is listed as his fourth intoxicated driving arrest. He also was arrested on charges of strangulation, battery, disorderly conduct, bail jumping and a probation hold.

-- BURGLARY reported at 9 p.m. Saturday in the 1000 block of South Pearl Street, Janesville. Electronics valued at $900 were reported taken.


-- BURGLARY reported at 5:10 p.m. Thursday to a home on the 9900 block of County H, Beloit. Reported stolen was a video game system valued at $650 dollars.


-- BURGLARY reported at 5:33 p.m. Wednesday to a home on the 7000 block of Riley Road, Evansville. Reported stolen were a variety of jewelry, electronic equipment and cash.


-- BURGLARY at 12:46 p.m. Thursday to a home on the 1800 block of Sherwood Drive, Beloit. Reported stolen were a flat screen television and jewelry.


-- VEHICLE STOLEN reported at 2:32 a.m. Saturday on the 6500 block of Highway 51, Janesville. Reported stolen was a Dyna Wide Glide Harley-Davidson motorcycle.


-- BURGLARY reported at 9:05 p.m. Wednesday at a home on the 1800 block of County S, Beloit. Reported stolen were a video game system and loose change.


-- ATTEMPTED BURGLARY reported at 8:41 p.m. Thursday on the 9800 block of West Laird Road, Beloit.


Accidents

-- HIGHWAY 59 AND GOEDE ROAD, Fulton Township, at 1:20 p.m. Thursday. A car driven by Phillip Q. Schroeder, 18, of 157 S. Fremont St., Palatine, Ill.,, collided with a car driven by Della S. Garner, 56, 123130 Westcreek Court, Indianapolis, Ind. Schroeder was cited for failing to stop at a red light. Garner was treated and released at Edgerton Hospital and Health Services, Edgerton..
