Jets seeking housing for players
The Jets players arrive Aug. 21 and stay in Janesville through the end of the season in April. Up to 25 Jets players move to Janesville from throughout the United States.
The host parents receive $300 a month per hockey player to offset food and other costs. Housing parents receive a pair of Jets season tickets per player housed and are invited to the special Housing Family Appreciation Night.
Housing parents provide a bedroom for each player and commit to the player’s general welfare. The team conducts background checks on the applicants.
Interested parents should contact Carol McCoshen, the Jets housing coordinator, at (608) 576-1648 or email her at email@example.com.
