— A city man pleaded not guilty Thursday in Rock County Court to two counts of homicide by intoxicated use of a motor vehicle.

Omar Tavizon-Ramos, 21, is charged in the Easter morning deaths of Jeffery S. Bauer, 19, of Janesville and his grandmother Margaret Worden, 61, of Janesville. Ramos also pleaded not guilty to a charge of injury by intoxicated use of a motor vehicle.

No future court date was set at the arraignment because Ramos has requested a substitute judge. Judge Ken Forbeck was assigned to the case.
