-- A 15-YEAR-OLD BELOIT BOY, at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Rock County Jail, Janesville, was referred to juvenile authorities on charges of assault by a prisoner and disorderly conduct.


-- JEFFREY A. HAMRE, 42, 1315 Maple Ave., Janesville, at 4:35 p.m. Monday at the Rock County Jail, Janesville, on charges of felony non support.


-- MIGUEL G. MARTINEZ, 26, of 1520 Parmele St., Rockford, Ill., at 11:50 a.m. Friday at the Winnebago County Jail, Rockford, on charges of substantial battery with a dangerous weapon.


-- MICHAEL A. FOX, 55, of 615 Benton Ave., Janesville, at 12:50 p.m. Wednesday at home on charges of strangulation, false imprisonment and battery.


-- JOSEPH L. REED, 34, of 1502 W. Court St., No. 3, Janesville, at 4:15 p.m. Monday in the 700 block of McKinley St., Janesville, on charges of possession of marijuana with intent to delive, maintaining drug trafficking place, possession of drug paraphernalia, first-degree reckless endangering safety and resisting/obstructing.


-- A 15-YEAR-OLD BRODHEAD BOY, at 3 a.m. Tuesday at Center Avenue and Mitchell Street, Janesville, was referred to juvenile authorities on a charge of possession of marijuana with intent to deliver.

-- BURGLARY reported at 9:08 a.m. Monday to Days Feed Service, 14203 W. Spring Valley Road, Orfordville. Reported stolen was $830 in cash.


-- BURGLARY reported at 10:12 a.m. Monday to Horizon Methodist Church, 1726 S. Murphy Road, Orfordville. Reported stolen was an unspecified amount of cash.


-- BURGLARY reported at 9:26 p.m. Monday to United Methodist Church, 2130 Mt. Zion Ave., Janesville. Reported stolen was $400 in cash. Two doors were reported damaged.


Accidents

-- HIGHWAY 59 AND SALISBURY ROAD, Lima. At 4:20 a.m. Friday, a car driven by Jennifer M. Doering, 25, of 2216 Commons Ave., Janesville, drove into a ditch and rolled over. Doering was cited for inattentive driving. She was treated and released at Mercy Hospital and Trauma Center, Janesville.


-- HIGHWAY 59 AND HIGHWAY M, Milton. At 2:16 p.m. Friday, a motorcycle driven by James R. Silbergschlag, 58, 2345 Ramshead Court, Waukesha, lost control and crashed while driving through a roundabout. Silbergschlag was cited for excessive speed. Passenger Jaclyn K. Buehl, 54, 2345 Ramshead Court, Waukesha, was treated and released at Mercy Hospital and Trauma Center, Janesville.


-- HIGHWAY 51 AND CRYSTAL DRIVE, Rock. At 10:51 a.m. Saturday, a sport utility vehicle driven by Cheryl D. Cooper, 54, 1113 Hackett St., Beloit, collided with a car driven by Josielyn M. Dummer, 4503 Old Kennedy Road, Milton. Cooper was attempting to make a U-turn onto South Highway 51. She was cited for unsafe lane deviation, operating motor vehicle without insurance and operating after revoked or suspended registration. Cooper was treated and released from Beloit Memorial Hospital, Beloit.


-- INTERSTATE 90/39 SOUTHBOUND AT MILE MARKER 187, NEAR BELOIT, at 2:11 p.m. Monday, causing a 15-mile backup, according to the state Department of Transportation. An SUV driven by Fabiola Sanchez, 21, of Aurora, Ill., was hit by another vehicle while making a lane change. The Sanchez SUV then went through the median and hit a northbound semitrailer truck driven by Ricky J. Heller, 44, of Randolph. The SUV rolled onto its roof. Sanchez was listed in fair condition Monday night at Mercy Hospital and Trauma Center, Janesville. A passenger in her vehicle, Diana L. Roa, 15, also was taken to Mercy. The scene was cleared at about 5:30 p.m.

-- MIGUEL ARANDA, 21, Whitewater, at 2:21 a.m. Wednesday on South Boone Street, Whitewater.


-- ERIC C. RUDE, 48, Lake Geneva, at 1:32 a.m. Sunday at the 100 block of Wells Street, Lake Geneva.

Accidents

-- W9300 BLOCK OF HIGHWAY 39, York Township. At 4:31 p.m. Sunday, motorcycles driven by Kelly J. Clark, 45, Beloit, and Logan T. Stone, 20, Janesville, rounded a curve, entered the gravel shoulder and went into the ditch. Clark suffered cuts to the face. She was taken to a Dodgeville hospital. Clark was not wearing a helmet or eye protection. Stone, who was wearing a helmet and eye protection, was not injured.


-- COUNTY F WEST OF WEST THIRD AVENUE, Decatur Township. At 12:59 p.m. Saturday, a westbound vehicle driven by Samuel T. Clark, 16, Davis, Ill., pulled over to make a U-turn and collided with a westbound vehicle driven by Emma B. Gramigna, 16, McHenry, Ill. Gramigna and one of her passengers, Michele B. Gramigna, 52, McHenry, Ill., were treated at an area hospital. Gramigna's other passenger, Francis G. Gramigna, 47, McHenry, Ill., suffered injuries but declined treatment. Clark was cited for failure to yield right of way when making a U-turn.
