-- ST. LAWRENCE AVENUE WEST OF SMYTHE SCHOOL ROAD, Newark Township. At 2:55 a.m. Sunday, a vehicle driven by Paul R. Young, 21, Rockton, Ill., was westbound when he went off the left side of the road, overcorrected and went out of control off the right side of the road in the ditch, where the vehicle flipped and slid on its roof into a tree. Young was treated and released at Beloit Memorial Hospital. He was arrested on charges of operating while intoxicated and failure to keep vehicle under control.

-- THOMAS S. MCCULLOUGH, 47, Pell Lake, at 1:40 a.m. Saturday at the 100 block of Wells Street, Lake Geneva. It was reportedly his ninth offense. He also is charged with operating after revocation and disorderly conduct.

-- MICHAEL A. CHERRY, 40, of 1716 S Pine St., Janesville, felony drunken driving eighth violation, misdemeanor domestic battery, two years in prison with credit, three years extended supervision, three years driver's license revocation, $4,742. Charges of disorderly conduct, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, felony operating with prohibited blood-alcohol concentration eighth violation and misdemeanor operating while revoked both dismissed but read into court record.

-- ASHLEY J. CASIQUE, 20, of 2337 Commons Ave., Janesville, disorderly conduct, $442. Charge of obstructing dismissed but read into court record.
