Janesville Police are investigating a possible connection between a pair of business burglaries discovered Wednesday morning.

Deputy Chief Dan Davis says an alarm sounded about 5:00 a.m. at World Buffet on Milton Avenue. Police discovered the window smashed, and cash register missing. Three hours later, a window at Luke's Custard on Mount Zion was found smashed, and the cash register entered.

With the similarities between the break-ins, and their proximity on Janesville's northeast side, police suspect a connection.
