A local State Assemblyman appears eager to promote bills supporting job creation in the special legislative session.

State Assemblyman Joe Knilans of Janesville appears to favor the governor's agenda. The 44th District Republican tells WCLO's Dan Conry Show one bill in particular should help Janesville and Rock County. The bill proposes a tax holiday for companies who haven't done business in Wisconsin for at least ten years. As far as the big controversy catching the media's eye, Knilans residency, the Assemblyman says ironically during the election, he didn't even vote for himself.

Knilans expects the questions regarding his living arrangements with his brother to soon be resolved.
