Walker, Big Foot roll past Bay, other scores

Walworth Big Foot High School rolled to a 53-37 victory over host Williams Bay in boys nonconference basketball Monday.


The Chiefs pounded the Bulldogs, 19-2, in the second quarter to erase the Bulldogs’ 12-7 first quarter edge to take a commanding 26-14 lead.


Big Foot’s Kenneth Walker scored 17 points and teammate Mike Kunes added 11 points. Lawrence Crement scored a game-high 18 points for Williams Bay.

East Troy (15-1) sank five three-pointers in the first quarter to hold a 23-17 lead. The Trojans led 38-23 at the half and sank four more threes in the third quarter for a 27-19 advantage and a 65-42 lead heading into the final period.


Nate Dodge scored 23 points, including five three-pointers for the Rock Valley North leaders. Tanner Plomb added 18 points, Marcus Jones scored 12 points on four three-pointers and Brett Prahl chipped in 10 points.
