Second quarter lifts East Troy

East Troy used a 21-6 second-quarter advantage to down Grafton, 56-47, in a semifinal of the Badgers Girls Holiday Invite on Thursday.


The Trojans used six three-pointers in the second quarter to move away for a 33-17 halftime lead.


Junior guard Breanna Gaspervich led the Trojans (6-1) with 26 points, including 11 in the second quarter. She had three three-pointers in that quarter.


Rachel Atchison added 11 points, including a pair of threes in the second quarter.
