I think using Insane Clown Posse is an extreme example, but point well taken. There are other bands that could attract a well behaved crowd.

This is a good lineup and it will bring in a good crowd. And by good I mean two things: A good number of people and a behaved audience. Not to speak for the Rock County Fair, but I believe they do not want to bring in acts that will draw in a rowdy crowd. If you had a choice of filling the grandstands with orderly people to see a popular country act or filling to the same capacity with Insane Clown Posse, which would you choose?
