Westosha duo handle Elkhorn, Lake Geneva Badger wins

Mike Michleau and Jason Castona combined for 43 points to lead visiting Westosha Central to a 72-58 victory over Elkhorn in Southern Lakes Conference boys basketball action Tuesday.


Michleau, who led all scorers with 22, had 11 in the second quarter as the Falcons built a nine-point halftime lead.


Danny Dessent had 17 points to lead Elkhorn (3-2, 1-2).
