Plomb saves East Troy, other scores

Tanner Plomb hit a three-point basket as time expired Tuesday night to help visiting No. 4-ranked East Troy defeat Clinton, 65-62, in a showdown battle between Rock Valley Conference favorites.


Nate Dodge of East Troy led all scorers with 25 points.


Plomb scored 23 points. Cody Risseeuw led the Cougars with 20 points. Aaron Roth scored 13, Jalen McMartin added 12 and Justin Langley chipped in 10 points in Clinton’s first loss.

Larry Kyser’s nine points led Parkview, 0-5 overall, 0-4 in the Rock.
