Beloit College led by 20 points at halftime and held on to defeat the Milwaukee School of Engineering, 78-65, Tuesday night in nonconference men’s basketball action.


Michael Horton and James Lazarcik led the Buccaneers (2-6) with 17 points each.


David Bremner scored 13 points while teammate Tyler Butke added 12 points in the win. Oren Bloom led the Engineers with 18 points.
