UW-Rock County Rattlers split games

— UW-Rock County split in men’s and women’s basketball Wednesday with UW-Washington. The women posted a 79-36 victory, but the men lost, 64-55.

Danielle Heldt, a Beloit Memorial graduate, scored a game-high 26 points to pace the Rattlers to a 4-2 record in the Wisconsin Collegiate Conference and 5-5 overall. For the men, Jordan Young scored 14 points to lead the Rattlers. Andy Hanis and Jordan Conway scored 11 points apiece.
