Former City of Beloit employee arrested on theft charge

— A suspect in an investigation into the theft of money from the City of Beloit is in custody in Hawaii.

Beloit Police Captain Vince Scaime says Tim Kosier is a former city employee who left his job in mid-June, shortly after police started their investigation.

Kosier is suspected of stealing about $150,000 from the city. He is scheduled to appear in federal court in Honolulu Thursday.

Suggest removal

After all the thefts, by city employee's around the Country where thousands, & thousands of dollars are pilfered of taxpayers money.. I got just this one thing to say... "What the heck people in charge! You don't pay attention apparently to what happens around the country, let alone your own houses... Why is this crime STILL so easy to pull off!?
