— The Milwaukee Brewers signed both of their first-round picks at the deadline, agreeing to terms with right-hander Taylor Jungmann of Texas and left-hander Jed Bradley of Georgia Tech on Monday night.

The 21-year-old Jungmann was selected 12th overall and was a finalist for this year's Golden Spikes Award after going 13-3 with a 1.60 ERA in 18 starts and one relief appearance. The 21-year-old Bradley was selected 15th overall and went 7-3 with a 3.49 ERA in 16 starts.

Both players took physicals on Friday in Milwaukee.

Milwaukee had two first-round picks after failing to sign right-hander Dylan Covey last year.

The Brewers also announced they signed shortstop Christopher McFarland, their 18th round pick. Agent Scott Boras' son, Trent, did not sign. He was selected in the 30th round.
