Softball team wins title
The Janesville Cyclones added prestige to the Janesville Youth Softball and Baseball Association program by winning the Stoughton Tournament the past weekend.
The Cyclones, a 10-and-under girls fastpitch tournament team, swept the three-day, six-game tournament.
Janesville capped the tournament with a 7-0 victory over the host Stoughton Storm in the championship game. Winning pitcher Maddie Spry tossed a no-hitter.

The Cyclones are comprised of Jordyn Nenno, Natasha Dopkins, Spry, Reave Myszewski, Sydney Peterson, Lexi Cass, Keeley Cox, Emily Pierson, Abby Schrader, Amanda Carlson, Camryn Rosga and Jaycee Benway.
Coaching the Cyclones were Erica and Chad Nenno, Kyle Dopkins, Jerry Myszewski and Noah Maslonka.
