Arcia’s two homers, four hits spark Beloit Snappers
BELOIT The Burlington Bees had more hits and base runners than Beloit did in their Midwest League game Tuesday night.
All the Snappers needed was Oswaldo Arcia.
Arcia went 4-for-4, including two homers and a double, and scored three times to lead the Snappers to a 6-4 victory.
Blayne Weller got the win in relief, and Jose Gonzalez earned his third save of the season, striking out the final Burlington hitter.
The teams are scheduled to play at 11 a.m. today.
