Janesville Parker 2nd in triangular
MIDDLETON Janesville Parker High School’s boys golf team split their opening Big Eight Conference match Monday at Pleasant View.
Middleton defeated Parker 301-348 but the Vikings finished four strokes better than Beloit (352) for a Big Eight victory.
Dustin Richards and Peyton Graham each posted an 82 to lead the Vikings. Taylor Braun added an 89 and Tyler Brossard added a 95.
Mitch Johnson, Sean Murphy and Blake Jens each shot 3-over-par 75 for Middleton to sweep the match.
Parker travels to Madison on Thursday to play Madison Memorial and Sun Prairie at Hawks Landing.
