-- A 35-YEAR-OLD JANESVILLE MAN at 8:46 p.m. Tuesday at the Janesville Police Department on a charge of second-degree sexual assault of a child.

Intoxicated driving arrests

-- ANDREW J. BYRD, 27, of 1516 Lee Lane, Janesville, at 1:13 a.m. Thursday at Pearl and State streets, Janesville.

-- ANDREW J. BURHANS, 26, of 4536 S. Emerald Grove Road, Janesville, at 3:15 a.m. Sunday at Highway 51 and Interlochen Drive, Fulton Township.

-- ALMA I. GRIMALDI, 39, of 832 Milton Ave., Janesville, at 5:47 a.m. Saturday at Highway 140 south of Bradford Clinton Town Line Road, Bradford Township. It was reportedly a second offense.

-- AARON C. KAHL, 31, of 1312 Shadetree Lane, Janesville, at 2:21 a.m. Thursday at Mt. Zion Avenue and Woodman Road, Janesville. It was reportedly a third offense.


-- BOMB SCARE reported at 4:46 p.m. Tuesday at Cracker Barrel Restaurant, 2430 Fulton St., Janesville. The restaurant was evacuated and searched. Nothing was found.

-- BURGLARY to a home in the 400 block of West Holmes Street, Janesville, reported at 7:41 a.m. Thursday, April 14. Reported stolen was a DVD player, 50 DVD movies and a RF converter.


-- COUNTY A EAST OF ROHERTY ROAD, Center Township. At 2:23 p.m. April 14, a minivan driven by Felicia R. Tousey, 16, of 1639 S. Crosby Ave., Janesville, went off the road. Tousey was ticketed for operating a motor vehicle without proof of insurance and failure to keep vehicle under control. Tousey was brought to Mercy Hospital and Trauma Center, Janesville. Her condition was not released because she is a minor.

-- LEXINGTON DRIVE AND HUMES ROAD, Janesville, at 4:34 p.m. Tuesday, a car driven by Daphne L. Fischer, 37, of 4068 Creekside Drive, Janesville, and a car driven by Courtney L. Brazil, 22, of 2222 Commons Ave., Janesville, collided in the intersection. Fischer was treated and released from Mercy Hospital and Trauma Center, Janesville.

Intoxicated driving arrests

-- MICHAEL D. SWAIN, 25, Whitewater, at 2:37 a.m. Wednesday on West Main Street, Whitewater. He also was cited for operating after revocation.

-- RICHARD F. O’NEAL, 36, Lake Geneva, at 2:01 a.m. April 12 on Interchange North at Sheridan Springs Road, Lake Geneva. It reportedly was his second offense.
