Lake Geneva man involved in crash

ONALASKA — A Lake Geneva truck driver was not injured in an accident that killed a Minnesota woman Monday in western Wisconsin.
David S. LaDuke, 44, was driving a semitrailer truck that hit the rear of a passenger car on Interstate 90 westbound at the Highway 16 interchange near Onalaska at 9:30 a.m. Monday, according to a Wisconsin State Patrol news release.
The driver of the car, Helen V. Johnson, 89, of Caledonia, Minn., was taken to a hospital. She later died from her injuries.
