Man enters guilty plea in texting case

ELKHORN — Richard Jensen of Lake Geneva has pleaded guilty to one count of exposing a child to harmful material by sending sexually graphic texts to his late ex-girlfriend's teenage son.
Jensen, 28, is scheduled to be sentenced in Walworth County court on May 31. He could receive a prison sentence of up to three years.
Jensen was accused in a criminal complaint of sending five sexual texts to the boy, including two that involved Christmas characters. Jensen is being held in Walworth County jail.
