Intoxicated Driving Arrests

-- SALVADOR B. ANDRADE, 29, Beloit, at 8:11 p.m. Monday on Humes Road, Janesville.

-- CINDY L. WALDSMITH, 48, Beloit, at 7:35 p.m. Saturday on West Plymouth Church Road at S. Highway 213. It was reported as her second offense.

-- BRENT W. HOLLOWAY JR., 24, 2067 Pioneer Drive, Beloit, at 3:09 a.m. Monday at Main Street and Pease Court, Janesville. He was also arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.


-- BURGLARY reported at 12:52 a.m. Monday at Mocha Moments, 1121 Center Ave., Janesville. The glass door window was broken, causing about $300 in damage.

-- STOLEN VEHICLE reported at 10:36 a.m. Saturday in the 10000 block of N. County Line Road, Whitewater. Taken was a Chevrolet Lumina valued at $800.

-- BURGLARY, reported at 1:30 a.m. Monday in the 1900 block of Ontario Drive, Janesville. Reported taken were an Xbox and controller valued at $300.

-- BURGLARY, reported at 1:07 a.m. Sunday in the 200 block of Pease Court, Janesville. Tools valued at $390 were reported taken.

Intoxicated driving arrests

-- MARTIN G. HERNANDEZ, 21, Monroe, at 12:16 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 19, in the 900 block of 17th Street, Brodhead. He also was cited for no valid driver’s license and following too closely.

-- THOMAS M. RICHMOND, 57, Brodhead, at 11:04 p.m. Friday, Sept. 24, in the 1400 block of 1st Center Avenue, Brodhead.


-- HIGHWAY 11/81 WEST OF MT. HOPE ROAD, Spring Grove Township, at 3:20 p.m. Monday. An eastbound vehicle driven by Timothy J. Schwalbach, 52, Mukwonago, crossed the centerline and struck a trailer being pulled by a semi driven by Ricky L. Westendorf, 43, Rockford, Ill. Schwalbach continued eastbound and struck a vehicle driven by Michael D. Homan, 37, Brodhead. Homan was treated and released at Mercy Hospital. Schwalbach was transported by Green County EMS and later flown by Med Flight. He was in fair condition Tuesday afternoon at University Hospital, Madison. Med Flight also transported Schwalbach’s passenger, Marianne F. Zubek, 44, Brodhead. She also was in fair condition Tuesday afternoon at University Hospital. Schwalbach was arrested for operating under the influence and causing injury. The Incident remains under investigation with citations pending.
