UW-Rock County Rattlers soccer dominates

— UW-Rock County rolled to a 9-0 victory over host UW-Richland in nonconference soccer Monday.

Janesville Craig High School graduate Taylor Pavlik scored a hat trick and made two assists to lead the Rattlers’ assault.

“It was a game we needed,” UW-Rock coach Grant McNall said. “We talked about getting our offense untracked.’’

The Rattlers (5-4-1, 3-3) host UW-Waukesha at 4 p.m Thursday in a game for cancer awareness. The game will be played with pink soccer balls which will be autioned after the game with the proceeds going to breast cancer research.
