Janesville becomes a focal point Monday for town hall meetings across the country, featuring President Barack Obama.

Janesville is one of the slices of Americana served up live on CNBC. Phil Lebeau is CNBC's Chicago reporter, who selected Janesville as a perfect spot for his broadcast reaction, because of the affects of the closing of the GM plant. As part of the local panel discussion, Forward Janesville President John Beckord says that's the last thing he wants to think about when trying to sell the area to prospective businesses. Rich Gruber of Mercy Health System adds health care challenges to the list of topics coming from Janesville. Assembly Speaker and Janesville resident Mike Sheridan says politicians need to step up to the plate and stop the partisan bickering.

The Janesville portion of the broadcast originated from HHFFRRRGGH's.
