Vikings tennis sweep Spartans; Craig falls against West

Janesville Parker blanked host Madison Memorial, 7-0, Tuesday in Big Eight Conference girls tennis.

“This is the most complete match we’ve played all season,” Parker High coach Justin Long said after dominating the Spartans. “Everybody came out and executed.’’

The Vikings (4-3) host Middleton on Thursday.

n West 5, Craig 2—Janesville Craig lost to visiting Madison West in Big Eight action.

Craig winners were Courtney Spiegler at No. 4 singles and Taylor Storbakken and Maggie Bolton at No. 1 doubles.

Craig (3-2) travels to Verona on Thursday.
